At the beginning of last year, Edy and I set out to make 2010 our year to successfully assist more of our clients find and purchase the homes that they wanted on the east side of Lake Washington.  Thanks to our clients, even considering the effect the economy had on real estate in general, we were the top ranking brokers on the east side and in Washington.   At no time, did we expect that our clients would make us so successful nor did we take it for granted that we had great clients, we just worked harder for them.   

During the year, we obtained houses for our clients in Woodinville, Kirkland, Bellevue and Mercer Island and showed clients houses in Redmond, Issaquah, and the communites of Hunts Point,  Cascade Keys, and Medina, just to mention a few. 

 So, Thank You to our Clients, we loved working with you and look forward to maintaining the relationship that we’ve developed.
